Free Trial First
We strongly encourage you to download and try SoftControl for free before purchasing. The trial version includes all features, allowing you to fully evaluate the software for your needs. This helps ensure you're making an informed purchase decision.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available under the following conditions:
- Within 14 days of purchase AND license has NOT been activated
- Technical issues that prevent software from functioning, and our support team cannot resolve them
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are NOT available in the following cases:
- License has been activated on a device (service delivered)
- More than 14 days since purchase
- Change of mind after activation
- Incompatibility with hardware not meeting stated requirements
- Failure to read product description or requirements before purchase
Why Activated Licenses Cannot Be Refunded
Once a license is activated, it becomes bound to your device ID and the software is fully functional. At this point, the digital product has been delivered and the service is complete. This policy protects against abuse while still providing a fair trial period.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at [email protected] with: (1) Your order ID or email used for purchase; (2) Reason for refund request; (3) Confirmation that license has not been activated. We will respond within 2 business days.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed through our payment provider. Refunds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment method and financial institution.
Exceptions
We may make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis for extraordinary circumstances. Please contact us to discuss your situation.
