SoftControl provides smart exhibition control software that enables centralized management of devices in exhibition halls, museums, meeting rooms, and similar environments. The service includes software downloads, license activation, and technical support.
3. License Grant
Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use SoftControl software on a single device. The license is bound to a specific device ID and cannot be transferred to other devices without purchasing a new license.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to: (a) provide accurate information during registration and purchase; (b) maintain the security of your account and license key; (c) use the software only for lawful purposes; (d) not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.
5. Payment and Pricing
All payments are processed through our authorized merchant of record. Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes based on your location. the payment platform handles all payment processing, tax collection, and compliance.
6. Refund Policy
We offer refunds within 14 days of purchase if the license has not been activated. Once a license is activated on a device, refunds are not available as the service is considered delivered. See our Refund Policy for details.
7. Intellectual Property
SoftControl software, including all code, graphics, user interface, and documentation, is owned by SoftControl and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your license does not grant ownership of the software.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The software is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our software.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall SoftControl be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the software, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or website notice.
