Refund Eligibility
You may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with SoftControl for any reason.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at [email protected] with your order details. We will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Refund Process
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are not available in the following cases: (1) More than 30 days after purchase; (2) License has been activated on multiple devices; (3) Requested due to violation of terms of service.
License Revocation
Upon refund, your license key will be revoked and you must uninstall the software from all devices.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed through our payment provider. Refunds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment method and financial institution.
