Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using SoftControl, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
License and Use
SoftControl grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for your personal or business purposes.
Restrictions
You may not: (1) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software; (2) rent, lease, or lend the software; (3) use the software for any illegal purpose.
Intellectual Property
The software and all copies thereof are proprietary to SoftControl and title thereto remains exclusively with SoftControl.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED AS IS WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT.
Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL SOFTCONTROL BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.
Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SoftControl operates.
